Executive Director [Jared]: $40k/annual
Supervises: HR Office Specialist, Food Truck Coordinator/Cook, & Volunteers
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Office Responsibilities (3.5 days/week):
- Maintain 501c3 status with registered agent in the State of Michigan and all other necessary operational licensing & insurance
- Manage grant-writing program and renewing annual applications
- Annual audit & tax filing
- Develop & maintain Organizational Employee Handbook (OEH) and By-Laws
- Employee oversight
- Hybrid work setting (remote, office, and travel work required)
- Manage donor relations
Food Truck Responsibilities (1.5 days/week):
- Approve new SDFT menus
- Train food truck employee(s) and volunteer(s) in front-of-house and back-of-house integration
- On-Site food service to participating organizations (preparation of all ingredients and line-cooking)
- Upkeep food truck by servicing with a local mechanic
- Accommodate all persons with allergies and dietary restrictions
