Front-of-House Volunteer (FoHV) Program

Become a Food Truck Volunteer:
  • 5~10 hours per weekly
  • Ability to travel regionally in Northwestern Lower Michigan
  • Receives on-the-job front-of-house training
  • Writing down food orders from patrons in an organized, timely fashion and passing them through the truck window to the SDFT cooks
  • Writing the menu board
  • Retrieving completed food orders from SDFT chefs and serving them to assigned patrons
  • Free shift meal and SDFT uniform
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours at a time, in all weather conditions
