At SDFT, we believe in maintaining a systematic approach to improving the culinary methodology that makes food palatable for all. When cooking, this includes a minimalist use of frying oil/fat, recycling food and materials, and learning new, tactic-driven skills in the kitchen. We offer two services - our Truck-2-Neighbor and Front-of-House (Volunteer) Programs. T2N is a program that includes a scheduled food-production service at various 501c locations.
