Human Relations Office Specialist: [1 needed, 40k/annual]
Schedule: (Monday - Friday, Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
Supervises: Volunteers

Responsibilities:
- Represent and advocate for SDFT’s mission statement
- Respond to public inquiry about SDFT in a professional manner, utilizing phone and organization-issued email account
- Recruit organizations (housing shelters, food pantries, etc) to participate in our Truck-2-Neighbor Program – coordinating the schedule with all SDFT Employees
- Recruit volunteers for FOH roles for each event [~1 event & ~1 volunteer per week]
- Develop, Manage, & Maintain volunteer database
- Develop, Manage, & Maintain our Sponsorship Program in collaboration with Executive Director
- Maintain/administer payroll & full-time benefits for all employees
- Respond to all Donors
- Contribute to the grant-writing program
- Manage website content (sdfoodtruck.org) & social media promotions (Meta)
