Refund policy
If you have received a product that is different than the product you ordered, (which is an occasion that must be verified by an order confirmation upon customer and a TMC Staff Member), then the customer will qualify for a full financial refund for the amount paid for in the transaction. However, all customers must assume the risk of material products being altered by second and third-party carriers in the shipping and delivery process (such as a bent paper, dinged frame, or a ripped canvas). Most importantly, TMC maintains the right to assist any customer in need of reaching a solution to an experiential conflict on this website through a personal customer service line @ 231-668-1014. Delivery outside the specified time of this shipping policy also disqualifies anyone from receiving a refund.
